The Manor at Cabin Cove

At the end of a long tree-lined drive, framed against the sparkling waters of Cabin Cove, lies the Manor House at Cabin Cove. This charming four bedroom, three and a half bath Colonial home (designed by Wm. Poole) has been recently furnished and decorated and offers a multitude of modern amenities.

Cabin Cove is the ideal place for all types of water sports including kayaking, boating, swimming, crabbing and fishing. Cabin Cove leads directly to the wide waters of the Chesapeake Bay - take a left turn with your boat and you are at Knapps Narrows - the famous waterway between Tilghman Island and the mainland.

Take a dip in the pool, relax in the serenity with a good book or venture out to the nearby produce stand to sample the Eastern Shore.s finest fruits and vegetables to accompany the crabs caught from the end of the dock.

Bicycle touring is popular, as are nature walks as the wildlife can be found everywhere nearby .. ducks, swans and geese cavort in the cove while deer roam the expansive grounds.

Cabin Cove is the perfect spot for a hassle-free vacation with family and friends. The Manor House is well provisioned with all modern appliances, quality cookware, utensils, dishes and glasses, as well as a washer and dryer. It is air conditioned with separate controls for upstairs and downstairs.

The master bedroom downstairs features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Upstairs, there is another master bedroom suite with a private bathroom and a queen bed. There is a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom and two twins in the 4th - they share another full bath.

Upstairs as well there is a large rec room with a futon that can accommodate two more persons. So the house sleeps 10 persons total.

This home features a new in ground pool overlooking the water and a large deck for outside entertaining. There is a dock for your boat and the water is 5. at high tide, leading directly to Knapps Narrows and/or other points on the Chesapeake.
